U2 has Great Conformation with All the Power & Stamina you’ll
need to hunt all day long, yet he moves as light & agile as
Baryshnikov. Extraordinary Athleticism; powerful legs & hocks.
Oversteps 4" at walk; smooth, easy to sit trot & canter.
Has such tremendous bone, powerful legs & quarters we retained
his semen. Even as a stallion U2 displayed characteristic calm &
friendly Irish Draught temperament. He LOVES people, especially
children, & will stop eating when
his favorite 9 year old comes into his paddock to hug him &
swing from his
neck. U2 will actually stop eating to receive & return this
affection. He is very careful about moving his body around people.
Other horses, barking dogs,
loud gardening equipment, nothing much bothers him. He is ever so
Kind &
Easy to work with; a true Irish Gentleman. U2 would make a Terrific
Fox Hunter; he drives single & pairs; very good dressage. With
his athleticism & lovely gaits, we see an Eventer, Fox Hunter
or Jumper, as well as a Great driving horse (ask for drive pix).
He will make a wonderful driving/riding companion for someone who
appreciates his Lovely Movement, friendly personality & humor.
U2 is an honest ride & is up for anything; he Loves to work!
